Map Canada

In our fast paced world, most people do not have the time to spent several hours walking or hiking every day. We are more likely preoccupied with deadlines, meetings, schedules, and so on. However, some of us use their vacations and weekends to get out in to the countryside in order to spend a couple of days hiking trough nature, and to get away from our daily stress.

"....I think I cannot preserve my health and spirits, unless I spent four hours a day at least - and it is commonly more than that - sauntering through the woods and over the hills and fields, absolutely free from worldly engagements..."
